Commercial properties have large-scale tree care concerns that can be very different than those of residential homeowners. Trees at commercial locations must look well-maintained at all times of the year; follow the guidelines set forth by state, county, and/or city safety ordinances and other regulations; do not disrupt normal business operations; and create an excellent impression on customers, employees, and other visitors to your location. Here at Bothell Tree Experts, we provide our customers with full-service commercial tree management that meets their demands and ensures their property looks great throughout the seasons.
Residential homeowners may receive irregular, occasional tree care, but it is beneficial for commercial property owners to have a proactive, scheduled preventative maintenance program that prevents problems from occurring rather than waiting until they develop. All of our commercial tree care services are intended to fit into your existing property management system without causing undue disruptions to your tenants or customers, and allow for budgetary predictability via a custom service agreement. We will provide consistent, professional results that protect your investment and increase the overall value of your property, whether you own one property or many properties.

The benefits to commercial property owners are many when it comes to having a proactive approach to their commercial tree maintenance as opposed to waiting until a problem occurs in order to address it. This is how scheduled commercial plans will give you greater returns on your investment and added value.
Emergency Costs Reduced: Proactive maintenance identifies problems before they become an emergency, which means that there will be no premium pricing for immediate response.
Tree Lifespan Extended: Trees are maintained longer than those that receive less care, therefore deferring the high cost of removing and replacing trees.
Property Damage Avoided: By not having trees fail or collapse, you will avoid damaging vehicles, buildings, and infrastructure beyond what it would have cost to maintain them.
Year-Round Consistency: Scheduled maintenance provides a year-round consistent look as opposed to cycles of neglect and catch-up.
Seasonal Optimization: Work is done at the optimal time for both the health of the tree and the appearance of the property, and not when problems require immediate action.
Improved Tenant and Customer Satisfaction: Property owners who provide clean and well-maintained grounds create positive impressions that can improve retention of tenants and customers.
Documented Reasonable Care: By providing a documented inspection and maintenance schedule for your property, you will be able to show reasonable care for the safety of your property if you are ever sued.
Risk Identified: By systematically assessing the risks associated with your trees, you will be able to identify any potential risks before they cause injuries or property damage that may result in claims.
Compliance with Local Ordinances and Regulations: Scheduled programs ensure that ongoing compliance with all local tree ordinances and requirements is met.
Scheduled Planning: By integrating planned maintenance into your operations, you will find that it becomes part of your daily routine and does not disrupt your activities.
Time Saved for Managers: Program participants will only need to spend a minimal amount of time managing their service as compared to coordinating responses to emergencies.
Simplifying Budget Development: Predictable annual maintenance costs make it easier for property owners to develop their budget and reduce unforeseen expenses.
